Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in compliance with OSHA safety standards
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts with 99% accuracy
- Maintain organized warehouse layouts and cleanliness per 5S protocols
- Collaborate with day shift teams for smooth transition and inventory updates
- Adhere to all SOPs and quality control procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner experience
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability
