Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and stage incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with 99.9% accuracy for next-day deliveryOperate forklifts and pallet jacks safely (certification provided)
- Maintain organized warehouse zones through systematic stocking
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits weekly
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and equipment maintenance schedules
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanners
- Reliable transportation and clean background/drug screen
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
