Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Inspect and maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and optimize workflows
- Adhere to safety protocols and report any hazards or equipment issues immediately
- Assist in loading/unloading trucks and staging inventory for next-day delivery
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with RF scanning technology
- Reliable transportation and ability to work independently overnight shifts
- Excellent communication skills and commitment to team collaboration
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
