Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and package incoming/outgoing shipments using RF scanners
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment safely and accurately
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliation processes
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Document warehouse activities using digital tracking systems
- Assist in physical inventory audits and stock rotation
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation and ability to work independently during night shifts
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
