Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for timely deliveries
- Optimize workflow in 10,000 sq ft temperature-controlled facility
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Reliable transportation for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Attention to detail in high-pressure environments
- Willingness to undergo background check and drug screening
