Responsibilities
- Accurately scan, sort, and package incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks after completing our comprehensive training program
- Maintain organized inventory in our 24/7 climate-controlled warehouse environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet nightly production targets
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Perform cycle counts and assist with monthly inventory audits
- Support outbound shipping processes and load/unload trucks efficiently
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – we provide paid training!
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (10:00 PM - 6:30 AM)
- Basic math skills for inventory management tasks
- Willingness to operate warehouse equipment after certification
- Valid government-issued photo ID for onboarding
