Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment in compliance with OSHA standards
- Maintain organized inventory through cycle counts and quality control checks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to all safety protocols and participate in daily safety briefings
- Document all activities using digital tracking systems for audit compliance
- Support physical inventory processes and warehouse cleanliness initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
