Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload trucks and organize inventory using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
- Pick and pack orders with precision and efficiency to meet daily targets
- Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records in our WMS system
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Operate automated sorting systems and material handling machinery
- Document workflow processes and report equipment malfunctions promptly
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse, logistics, or material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM) with overtime potential
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
