Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) to move and organize inventory
- Perform accurate receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment tasks
- Conduct quality checks and maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company protocols at all times
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Document warehouse activities using digital tracking systems
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Availability to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM) with overtime
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
