Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move inventory in climate-controlled warehouse
- Accurately process incoming/outbound shipments using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Perform cycle counts and maintain real-time inventory accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company protocols
- Meet productivity targets while maintaining quality control standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Flexibility to work night shift (10 PM - 6 AM) with overtime availability
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
