Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage inbound/outbound shipments using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials safely and accurately
- Prioritize and execute order picking/packing for same-day shipment processing
- Conduct daily cycle counts and maintain precise inventory records
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols while maintaining a clean, organized workspace
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Document all warehouse activities in compliance with ISO standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Proficient with handheld scanning devices and basic computer systems
- Strong attention to detail with zero-error tolerance for inventory tasks
- Flexibility to work 10 PM - 6 AM schedule with weekend availability
- Valid driver's license required for equipment operation
- Pass pre-employment background and drug screening
