Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship products using automated systems and manual techniques
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely and accurately
- Perform inventory counts and maintain precise stock records in WMS systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
- Manage overtime hours flexibly to support peak season demands
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management
- Basic computer literacy with WMS or inventory software experience
- Flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
