Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and documentation
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Load/unload trucks with proper stacking and securing techniques
- Conduct quality checks on incoming and outgoing products
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
