Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move inventory within 200,000 sq ft facility
- Conduct cycle counts and maintain real-time inventory accuracy in WMS
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize loading dock operations
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain 5S workplace standards
- Train new associates on warehouse processes and equipment safety
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Proficiency with RF scanners and basic warehouse software
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexible schedule availability (10:00 PM - 6:30 AM)
- Background check and pre-employment drug test required
