Responsibilities
- Accurately process incoming shipments and maintain organized inventory records
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with precision and safety
- Perform quality control checks on products before shipment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace following OSHA standards
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for real-time tracking
- Support cycle counts and monthly inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for WMS operations
- Reliable transportation to night shift schedule (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
