Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and warehouse documentation using digital systems
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with precision and safety compliance
- Coordinate efficient loading/unloading of freight shipments with cross-functional teams
- Implement quality control protocols to ensure product integrity and customer satisfaction
- Optimize warehouse space utilization through strategic stocking and organization techniques
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain company-provided training
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly with proper body mechanics
- Proficient in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle WMS)
- Strong attention to detail with excellent time management skills
- Flexibility to work nights (11 PM - 7 AM) with weekend availability
- High school diploma or equivalent required
