Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders with 99.9% accuracy
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in compliance with OSHA standards
- Manage inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies in real-time
- Maintain organized storage zones and optimal warehouse flow
- Conduct quality control checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet nightly KPIs
- Adhere to safety protocols and report maintenance needs
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Proficiency with inventory management systems (WMS)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work nights (10 PM - 6 AM) and weekends
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
