Responsibilities
- Supervise 8-12 person overnight team during peak processing hours
- Coordinate efficient inventory control and cycle counting
- Ensure OSHA compliance and implement safety protocols
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow processes
- Train new associates on equipment operation (forklift, pallet jacks)
- Manage inventory discrepancies and reporting systems
- Coordinate with day shift team for seamless transitions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse supervisory experience
- Forklift certification required (certification provided if needed)
- Proficiency in WMS systems (Oracle/JDA preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand 8+ hours
- Basic math and inventory tracking abilities
- Availability to work Sunday-Thursday (6 PM - 4:30 AM)
