Responsibilities
- Supervise 8-12 person night crew during 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM shifts
- Execute real-time inventory audits using RF scanning technology
- Coordinate cross-docking operations for high-priority e-commerce orders
- Maintain OSHA compliance in material handling equipment operations
- Optimize warehouse layout for overnight efficiency improvements
- Train associates on new WMS protocols and safety procedures
- Generate shift performance reports for morning management team
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse management experience in 24/7 operations
- Forklift certification (OSHA-compliant)
- Proficiency in WMS platforms (Manhattan, Oracle, or SAP preferred)
- Strong problem-solving skills during peak demand periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 8-hour shifts
- Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills required
- Experience managing unionized teams preferred
