Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with 99.8% accuracy using RF scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, conveyors) safely
- Perform cycle counts and inventory checks
- Load/unload trucks with proper lifting techniques
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and safety standards
- Collaborate with overnight team leads for priority orders
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner proficiency
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- OSHA 10 certification preferred (training provided)
- Reliable transportation for overnight shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Pass background check and drug screening
