Responsibilities
- Oversee 15-20 person overnight team during receiving, sorting, and shipping operations
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain safety standards in high-volume environment
- Optimize workflow using WMS systems to meet daily KPIs
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and performance reviews
- Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits
- Coordinate with day shift leadership for seamless transition
- Resolve operational issues with minimal downtime
Qualifications
- 2+ years warehouse management experience in 24/7 operations
- OSHA 30 certification or willingness to obtain
- Advanced proficiency in WMS (Manhattan, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development record
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
