Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment (reach trucks, pallet jacks) in a safe and efficient manner.
- Load and unload trucks, railcars, and shipping containers according to safety protocols.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections of equipment to ensure safety compliance.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and organize stock in designated storage areas.
- Adhere to OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to meet daily production and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- No Experience Needed: We welcome applicants with no prior forklift experience who are willing to be trained.
- Valid Driver's License is required.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs frequently throughout the shift.
- Basic reading and math skills for scanning barcodes and labels.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Ability to work in various warehouse conditions (temperature controlled).
