Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse.
- Maintain inventory accuracy by organizing stock and tagging items according to company standards.
- Conduct daily safety inspections of machinery and work areas to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily production targets and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Keep the workspace clean and organized to prevent hazards and ensure a professional environment.
- Document loads and movements accurately in the warehouse management system.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a rotating schedule.
- Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods.
- Documentation: Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check.
- Willingness to Train: No prior forklift experience is necessary; we provide certification.
- Communication: Basic English skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
