Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently using scanning equipment.
- Inspect products for quality control and damages before packaging.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Operate warehouse machinery and equipment (training provided on-site).
- Follow safety protocols and company guidelines to ensure a hazard-free environment.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock organization to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for scanning, counting, and verifying orders.
- Reliable transportation to the workplace.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
