Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move, stack, and retrieve inventory with precision and care.
- Perform daily pre-shift safety inspections on all forklift equipment to ensure compliance.
- Load and unload freight from delivery trucks and warehouse racks efficiently.
- Organize warehouse aisles and storage areas to maintain a safe and efficient workflow.
- Assist with inventory counting and stock rotation as needed.
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety guidelines and company operational protocols.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- No prior forklift experience required (we provide training).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math and reading skills for scanning barcodes and labels.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
