Job Description
Are you ready to define the logistics of the next generation of space exploration? Aether Dynamics is seeking a visionary Off-World Infrastructure Coordinator to manage the critical supply chain and logistical frameworks for our upcoming orbital stations and lunar outposts. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between terrestrial manufacturing and extraterrestrial deployment, ensuring that humanity's foothold beyond Earth is sustainable and efficient.
As we approach the era of mass commercial space travel in 2026, we need a leader who can thrive in high-pressure environments and solve complex problems in zero gravity. You will collaborate with engineers, astrophysicists, and global logistics partners to optimize cargo flow, resource management, and emergency retrieval protocols.
Responsibilities
- Design and oversee the logistical protocols for cargo transit to low Earth orbit (LEO) and lunar transfer orbits.
- Manage inventory levels for critical life-support systems and habitation modules.
- Coordinate with international space agencies and private partners to align on supply chain standards.
- Develop contingency plans for emergency spacewalks and debris mitigation retrieval.
- Analyze data from orbital telemetry to improve future supply mission efficiency.
- Train ground crews on zero-gravity packing and hazardous material handling.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Aerospace Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in high-stakes logistics or project management within the aerospace or defense sectors.
- Experience with cryogenic storage and hazardous material handling regulations.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Ability to obtain a Class II Space Safety Certification.
- Fluency in English and a second language (Spanish or Mandarin) is preferred.
