Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems
- Inspect products for quality and proper packaging before shipment
- Operate packaging equipment including box sealers, labelers, and pallet jacks
- Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with shipping team to coordinate daily dispatch schedules
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean, organized workstations
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Valid driver's license preferred for equipment operation
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment
- Background check and drug screening required
