Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and seal orders according to specifications and quality standards
- Operate packing equipment including scanners, conveyors, and labeling machines
- Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain clean, organized workstation and adhere to safety protocols
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Use warehouse management systems (WMS) for order tracking and documentation
- Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining accuracy standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks
- Valid government-issued photo ID and ability to pass background check
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
