Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with precision using warehouse management systems
- Inspect and verify product quality before shipment
- Operate packaging equipment and maintain inventory accuracy
- Collaborate with shipping team to meet daily targets
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counting
- Communicate discrepancies to supervisors promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or order packing experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with barcode scanners
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license (for potential forklift certification)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
