Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with precision using barcode scanners and packing equipment
- Inspect products for quality and completeness before packaging
- Maintain organized inventory records using our WMS system
- Collaborate with warehouse team to meet daily shipping deadlines
- Operate pallet jacks and material handling equipment safely
- Report inventory discrepancies and damaged goods promptly
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in a warehouse setting
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
