Responsibilities
- Accurately pack, label, and prepare shipments according to specifications
- Inspect products for quality and completeness before packaging
- Operate packing equipment including shrink wrappers and label machines
- Maintain organized workstations and adhere to safety protocols
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Report discrepancies and operational issues to supervisors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems
