- Operate packing equipment (e.g., tape dispensers, scales) safely and efficiently
- Maintain organized inventory of packing supplies and materials
- Adhere to safety protocols and warehouse cleanliness standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping targets
- Document packing activities and report discrepancies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to the Oakland facility
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Valid California driver's license a plus
