Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and label orders according to specifications using automated and manual systems
- Operate packaging equipment (box sealers, tape dispensers, etc.) efficiently and safely
- Verify order contents against pick lists and shipping documents
- Maintain organized workstations and adhere to quality control standards
- Collaborate with warehouse team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Safely operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) when certified
- Participate in inventory audits and cycle counting activities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
- Valid forklift certification a plus but not required
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
