Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and ship customer orders according to specifications
- Scan and verify inventory using warehouse management systems
- Inspect products for quality and packaging integrity
- Maintain clean and organized workstation and storage areas
- Operate packing equipment (box sealers, label printers) safely
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams for efficient workflow
- Report inventory discrepancies and equipment issues promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours with occasional lifting (up to 50 lbs)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with barcode scanners
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Willingness to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
