Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and label orders with 99% accuracy using warehouse management systems
- Inspect products for quality and damage before packaging
- Operate packing equipment (tape guns, scales, box cutters) safely
- Maintain clean and organized workstation following 5S standards
- Track inventory movements and report discrepancies
- Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining quality standards
- Collaborate with shipping team for timely order dispatch
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours with moderate lifting (up to 50 lbs)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Valid California driver's license (for occasional equipment operation)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
