Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and label customer orders according to specifications
- Operate packing equipment and machinery safely
- Perform quality control checks for damaged/incorrect items
- Maintain clean and organized workstations
- Collaborate with shipping team to meet daily targets
- Update inventory systems using handheld scanners
- Adhere to all safety and compliance protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse/packing experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Valid work authorization in the US
- Pass background check and drug screen
