Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to packing lists
- Inspect products for quality and damage before packaging
- Properly label and seal packages for shipping
- Operate packaging equipment (tape guns, scales, shrink-wrap machines)
- Maintain clean and organized workstation
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping targets
- Report inventory discrepancies to supervisor
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic math skills for order verification
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Willingness to work in a team environment
- Previous warehouse experience a plus but not required
