Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and seal orders according to specifications and quality standards
- Operate packaging equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
- Scan and label packages for shipping and inventory tracking
- Maintain clean and organized workstation to optimize workflow
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping targets
- Conduct quality checks to prevent shipping errors
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately
- Adhere to all company policies and OSHA regulations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic math and counting skills for inventory management
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Valid work authorization in the United States
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
