Responsibilities
- Accurately pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment using proper materials
- Scan and verify inventory against pick tickets/packing slips
- Maintain organized staging areas and packaging supply inventory
- Operate packaging equipment (tape dispensers, box sealers) safely
- Report inventory discrepancies and damaged goods to supervisors
- Meet daily productivity and quality standards
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams for seamless workflow
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1+ years warehouse/packing experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours with lifting up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and barcode scanner experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Pass pre-employment background check
