Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and label customer orders according to specifications
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, shrink wrappers) safely and efficiently
- Inspect products for quality and report any discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain clean and organized workstations throughout shifts
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Document inventory movements and report stock shortages
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Valid state ID and clean background check required
