Responsibilities
- Package and label products according to specifications and quality standards
- Operate packaging equipment (tape dispensers, box cutters, shrink-wrap machines)
- Verify order accuracy against packing slips and invoices
- Maintain organized inventory of packaging materials
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain clean workspace
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid California Driver's License (if operating warehouse equipment)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Team player with excellent communication skills
