Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to packing slips and quality standards
- Inspect products for damage and verify correct quantities before packaging
- Operate packaging equipment (box sealers, tape dispensers, label printers)
- Maintain clean and organized workstation and warehouse area
- Scan and label packages for shipment tracking
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Report inventory discrepancies and operational issues to supervisors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with barcode scanners
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
