Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and verify customer orders with 99.9% accuracy
- Operate warehouse equipment including scanners and pallet jacks
- Inspect products for quality and damage before shipping
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and inventory areas
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize packing workflows
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Participate in monthly inventory counts
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or packing experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with scanners
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid Arizona Driver's License preferred
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check
- Flexible schedule availability including occasional overtime
