Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and label orders with precision using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Inspect products for quality and completeness before shipment
- Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies
- Collaborate with shipping and receiving teams to optimize workflow
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certification
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain one
