Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and label orders according to specifications and quality standards
- Verify inventory counts and report discrepancies to the warehouse manager
- Operate packing equipment safely and efficiently (including scanners and sealers)
- Maintain clean and organized workstations to ensure optimal productivity
- Collaborate with remote team members to meet daily shipping targets
- Document packing activities and maintain accurate records
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for packing processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months experience in warehouse or fulfillment operations
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Reliable internet connection for remote coordination
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
