Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision and speed
- Inspect items for quality and accuracy before shipping
- Operate packaging equipment (e.g., tape dispensers, box cutters)
- Update inventory systems in real-time
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets
- Assist with receiving and stocking incoming shipments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours (required)
- Basic math skills for inventory counting (required)
- Attention to detail and accuracy (essential)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly (required)
- Reliable transportation to our East Nashville facility
