Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and ship customer orders according to specifications and quality standards
- Operate packing equipment (tape guns, scales, label printers) safely and efficiently
- Verify product quantities and quality before packaging
- Maintain organized inventory records and warehouse cleanliness
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams to meet daily targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid Texas driver's license (for potential forklift operation)
