Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with 99.9% accuracy using RF scanners
- Inspect and prepare shipments for safe transit
- Operate packaging equipment (tape dispensers, box cutters)
- Maintain clean and organized workstations
- Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with shipping team for timely dispatch
- Report inventory discrepancies to supervisors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy (RF scanner operation)
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Flexible availability including weekends (peak seasons)
- Pass pre-employment background check
- Valid driver's license (a plus)
