Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with 99.5% accuracy
- Operate packaging machinery and quality control scanners
- Manage inventory using WMS systems
- Inspect and prepare shipments for safe transit
- Maintain organized, OSHA-compliant workspace
- Collaborate with shipping team for daily targets
- Report inventory discrepancies to supervisors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse/packing experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Valid driver's license (for forklift certification)
- Background check and drug screening required
