Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and verify orders with 99.9% accuracy using barcode scanning systems
- Safely operate packaging equipment including heat sealers and automated conveyors
- Inspect products for quality compliance before shipment
- Maintain organized inventory records and cycle counts
- Collaborate with shipping team to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and 5S workplace standards
- Communicate inventory discrepancies to warehouse supervisor
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/packing experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy with inventory software familiarity
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Valid forklift certification a plus (training available)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
